"They doubled my homeowners insurance and didn't even notify me it was going to be doubled when my policy renewed. Then blamed the economy. If the economy is hard for insurance companies that make millions, it must be really difficult for those individuals they provide insurance to. I called another company and got a rate locked in at less than my introductory rate with state farm, for better/more coverage. This branch also refused to remove an individual from my auto policy without legal documentation, which I have never encountered with any insurance provider. If I own the policy and pay for it, I should be able to add and remove people as I wish."

"I have delt with alot of insurance companies in my 35 years of life, and this is the best I've ever had! We use them for our renters, auto and we even used them for our venue for our wedding! This whole branch even sent us a congratulations card after our marriage.
